Our Story

Yasin Art is a boutique art shop which appreciates the value of the sacred arts. We are a couple of art enthusiasts like yourselves who want to achieve a simple goal; to connect people through the sacred arts to the rich Islamic heritage we all hail from, and pay homage to the master craftsmen who still carry it.

But we appreciate something else too; it’s not easy for people to own such fine Islamic craftsmanship. A beautifully decorated Quran with the hand-gilded, leather cover of a skilled bookbinder; an Ottoman “levha” drawn with the bamboo pen of a trained calligrapher; or even a replica fine art print, but one that stays true to the richness of the original.

So we decided to start Yasin Art. A single shop dedicated to curating artworks of the finest quality; that tell the rich stories of their makers; and bear the hallmarks of all their passion, dedication and mastery to their crafts.

Every piece in our store is handpicked by ourselves, to deliver you art that we ourselves, and our fellow craftsman, are proud of. Art that we would love to see in our own homes and pass down as heirlooms to our own children.

Yasin Art is just one shop. But through it we hope to provide you the quality of craftsmanship that we as Muslims have been proud of for over a thousand years.
