Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit yasinart.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short and plain, because you should not need a lawyer to understand what happens to your details.

What we collect

When you place an order. Your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you ordered. We need these to take your order, send it to you, and answer any questions about it afterwards.

When you pay. Payments are handled by our checkout provider, SureCart, and their payment processors. Your card details are entered on their systems and are never stored on ours. We can see that a payment succeeded and the last few digits of the card, nothing more.

When you join our mailing list. Your email address, and your name if you give it. This is held by MailerLite, who send our emails for us.

When you simply browse. Standard analytics about pages viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are, collected through Google Analytics. We also carry a TikTok pixel so we can understand whether our posts bring people to the shop.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil your order, to reply to you, and to keep the records a business is required to keep. If you have joined our mailing list we will send you occasional emails about new pieces and the artists behind them.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop, such as our checkout provider, our email provider and the carriers who deliver your order, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your basket working, to remember you are signed in, and for the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the basket and checkout will not work properly without the essential ones.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the foot of every one, or by asking us directly. To make any of these requests, email yasinartcom@gmail.com.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and mailing list details until you ask us to remove them.
