Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and sent with the care the work deserves. Prints are wrapped and shipped in protective tubes or flat mailers depending on their size, and our mushafs and gift books are boxed to keep their bindings and gilding safe in transit.

Where we ship and what it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where your order is going and what is in your basket. You will see the exact cost, along with any taxes or duties we are able to calculate, before you confirm and pay. There are no charges added after that point.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days. Once your order is on its way we will email you so you know to expect it. Delivery times vary by destination and by the carrier handling your parcel.

Pieces that are commissioned or personalised for you, such as a Nikkahnama prepared with your own details, take longer because the work is made specially. We will tell you the expected timing when we confirm your commission.

Customs and import charges

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are charged by that country rather than by us, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us at yasinartcom@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out with you. Our returns and refunds policy sets out what happens with damaged pieces.
